Toby Flenderson had always been a bit of a square peg in the Dunder Mifflin Scranton branch. As the head of human resources, he was often the bearer of bad news and the enforcer of company policies. It was a thankless job, but someone had to do it. Toby had been with the company for years, and he had seen his fair share of office drama. He had tried to be a peacemaker, but it often backfired. His coworkers often made fun of him behind his back, and he was the butt of many jokes. Despite all of this, Toby remained dedicated to his job and tried his best to make the workplace a better place for everyone.
